Introduction
Background Information
In the modern workplace, businesses and people compete to achieve their
goals and objectives in a dynamic environment. However, it is also a place that is
abundant with countless difficulties and problems that may impair development,
reduce productivity, and degrade the well being of those who occupy it. By doing this,
the researcher hope to shed some light on why this type of study is important and how
its findings can benefit businesses, employees, and the larger professional community.
Dr. Kapur (2018) stated, that the main problem wich employees increasingly
experience within the working environment are the condition of overwork, job
insecurity, job dissatisfaction and lack of autonomy. Poor communication between co-
workers or managers can lead to misunderstandings, frustration, and resentment,
misunderstood or poorly managed performance issues, disciplinary processes,
dismissals, change processes and redundancies, and applications for flexible work,
workplace stressors include workloads, lack of social support, and conflicting
demands or unclear performance expectations. According to Sohail Mariam et al.
(2015) this review of the literature gives information about work stress, factors in the
working environment that cause stressful situations and negative health consequences
of the workplace stress. Stressors are pointed out in details that lead to stress at the
workplace. Approaches to the stress are explained and most famous models of the
stress are assessed critically in this review.
Employees are facing excessive workloads, which can lead to stress and
burnout. In this study, the researchers learn what can be done to avoid the problems
and issues faced in a workplace. This study, includes information about the causes of
workplace stress, the factors in the working environment that contribute to stressful
situations, and the negative health consequences associated with workplace stress. It
also suggests that the review delves into the various stressors in detail and provides
explanations about how they lead to stress in the workplace. Additionally, the review
may critique and evaluate well-known models of stress as part of its analysis. In the
workplace that we belong to our goal is to be easy and have a good relationship with
each other to achieve the goal. Stress issues and challenges should be given more
attention. In this study, the goal is to know and provide a solution to know and
provide a solution to what every employee faces at work.

Review of Related Literature and Studies

Workplace challenges organization
William (2019) stated, employee issues can quickly expand to total
organization if not take immediate corrective action must avoid this situation at all
costs, as it often results in the staff forming two groups, both at odds with each other.
Should all avoidance actions fail, be ready to take much more dramatic corrective
measures. Addressing these challenges often requires effective leadership, clear
communication, strategic planning, and a willingness to adapt and innovate.

Impact of workplace challenges employee morale

According to (Raziq & Maulabakhsh, 2014), in today’s competitive and
globalized world, organizations face the challenge of turnover losing skilled and
experienced employees to other organizations which offer better working conditions.
In the contemporary competitive and interconnected business landscape,
organizations grapple with the persistent issue of turnover, as they frequently lose
valuable, skilled, and seasoned employees to rival firms that provide superior working
environments.

Workplace challenges and issues to improve organizational effectiveness

According to Anghel Cabrera (2018), the organization gets more diversified,
more and more organizational problems may arise. These problems can be on
employee, team, or organization-wide issues. We list down 4 of the most common
organizational problems. Lack or vague directions mean when there is no clear
direction that an organization is going, then the employees are left scattered. Poor
communication and feedback which means shouting and yelling at your subordinates
for their mistakes, or making an example of them to other people is not good
feedback. Ineffective teams. Last is Lack of awareness, for an organization to run
smoothly, there are certainly a lot of things that need to monitor and look into. But
each person in the organization has their own workload. This topic shows us a lot of
challenges and issues that the organization is facing. One of the example of it is poor
communication, one example of it was when a manager or leader was not a good
provider of words which can help their team to improve skills or even do the right job,
Using the right communication skills may help you and the team build up power and
coordination to the workforce.

information of the respondents about this study.
Data Gathering Instrument
The researchers will use survey questionnaire in gathering answers to the
respondents in Bureau of Fire and Protection in San Jose City. The type of
questionnaire that will be use is a likert scale questionnaire this will help to gather the
answers of the respondents more easy and less bias. To the given statement, the

to cooperate, and that they are not forced to anyway.

Sampling Design
The researchers will be using probability sampling, a type of sampling that
will allow us to have a random selection to the workers in bureau of and protection
in San Jose City to determine the opinion or inference of the workers. Using simple
random sample, the researchers can also use to assure that every workers in the
bureau of fire protection will have an equal chance of being selected to the provided
questionnaires.

Data gathering procedure

The researchers will be collecting questionnaires results and making it into
two groups to determine whether the issues is good or bad. The researchers will
analyse the first group which is the strongly agree and agree answers and the other
group is the disagree and strongly disagree for bad issues.

Data analysis
The researchers will be using descriptive, a statistical tool that will allow us to
measure percent and range of the questionaires results. Using this tool can give us the
percent, the researchers will analyse the number of worker answers and compute the
percent of good and bad result and we can measure the workers answers range if it tell
that the answers were in high percent of bad issues or good issues.
