INTRODUCTION
Since the beginning of time, people have been creating dining utensils. Since the 1950s, stainless
steel flatware has replaced sterling flatware as the material of choice. Many people like stainless
steel flatware because it is long-lasting and doesn't tarnish. Sterling flatware was the standard for
centuries.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
1. Stainless steel is chopped into bits resembling paintbrushes using a press.
2. The pieces are stretched out by large rollers until they are thinner at the spoon's bowl
end.
3. The spoon's profile is trimmed using a trim press.
4. A coining press is a device that moulds the bowl to its rounder shapes after punching
a design into the handle.
5. Until the steel sparkles, the surface is polished with cloth rollers on buffing
equipment.
6. The more formal flatware is now done up with full or partial plating in silver or gold,
while the more informal pieces are ready for packaging.
