Deliverable Description:
This summary describes the training events that have been conducted by <CITE Logistic
Consultant> for Oracle Applications Implementation project at <MEDSTAR> as a part of <Phase
One>.
Training Approach:
CITE approach to training allows project team members to become effective users of the Oracle
Inventory in a rapid manner. The scope of the training provided to <MEDSTAR>‘s project team
members includes the standard Oracle Inventory functionality.
Oracle Inventory, a supply chain inventory management tool, increases operational efficiencies through
streamlining material movement while providing tight material control. In this course, participants will
learn how to set up and use Oracle Inventory for inventory management. Online exercises will give
students practice performing many of the processing and inquiry transactions necessary to an inventory
environment, such as receiving, moving and replenishing inventory items and generating count tags for
physical inventories
