Because there will be more support from your colleagues. For example if you need help
with your work it will very easy for you to ask help from your colleagues because you are
having a good relationship with them and if you don’t have good relationship with them
when the time you need help you can’t ask them for help because you will feel shy feel
unwanted and that will cause an impact on your health.
