Individual Activity

Materials needed are:


 A toy car
 A small ball
 Book
 Tape measure/ ruler

Procedure:
1. Mark a spot on the floor with a masking tape. Label it point A.
2. Place the small ball on point A, then blow it. Using the tape measure/ ruler,
measure the distance of the small ball from point A after blowing it. Record it
on your paper and put a check in the table below if there was movement after
blowing is applied.
3. Then place the toy car on point A, then blow it. Again, measure the distance,
record it and put a check on the table.
4. Next, place the notebook on point A, then blow it. Again, measure the
distance, record it and put a check on the table.
5. Repeat procedures 2-4, but this time by pushing them instead of blowing.
Measure the distance and record it and put a check on the table.
6. Now, with the use of other books, make a ramp or slope by placing one book
in an inclined position on top of a pile of books (2-3 books).
7. Repeat procedures 2-4, but this time, by placing them on a ramp instead of
pushing. Again, measure the distance from the top of the ramp to the point
where the object stops, record it and put a check on the table.

Using the table below, put a check in the table if there was movement after blowing,
pushing and placing on a ramp.
