CONTRACT AGREEMENT LETTER BETWEEN DAVID WARD AND YASSIN WAEL BAKR

Contract Agreement Letter between David Ward and Yassin Wael Bakr.

1. For good consideration, it employs on the following terms and conditions.


2. Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions for termination set forth
below this agreement will begin at MARCH 2023 unless sooner terminated.
3. Salary. David Ward shall pay Employee salary of $3,000.00 Dollars per month,
for the services of the Employee, payable at regular payroll periods. And your salary
would be in cash, 29th of every month.
4. Duties and Assist. David Ward will assists the Employee with the processing of
the traveling document and The Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at
in my house discretion from time to time. Your Host family will assist you with
50% (fifty Percent) of the processing fees of your documents.
5. Employee to Devote Full Time to David Ward. The Employee will devote full
time, attention, and energies to the business of the Job, and, during this employment,
will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is
pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from
making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do
not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.
6. Confidentiality of Proprietary Information. Employee agrees, during or after the
term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information, or trade secrets to any
person, firm, corporation, or entity. Employee reveal or threaten to reveal this
information, David Ward shall be entitled to an injunction restraining the Employee from
disclosing same, or from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information
has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not
exclusive, and I may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach
or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the
Employee.
7. Reimbursement of Expenses. The Employee may incur reasonable expenses for
furthering the Job, including expenses for entertainment, travel, and similar items. David
Ward shall reimburse Employee for all business expenses after the Employee presents
an itemized account of expenditures, pursuant to Marco Scott policy.
8. Off Day. The Employee will be off on weekend and Public Holiday
9.This Contract sets out the terms and conditions of employment which are required
to be given to the Employee under section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.

2. STARTING DATE & DURATION
The starting date of your employment with the family of David Ward is in MARCH
2023
3. Job title and responsibilities
Yassin Wael Bakr: Your job title is NANNY you may perform AU PAIR your duties
and responsibilities solely or jointly with whom so ever the family may appoint. Your
current duties are: NANNY. Your duties may be reasonably modified by the Family
time to time as required to meet the needs of the family affair.

You are responsible to take care of host family kids from time to time. Unless
otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, all consents and authorizations which you
are required to obtain from the family shall be given by the family on behalf of the
family, or such other person as the family may specify or the member of the family.

Yassin Wael Bakr: You would be asked to take the kids to the car in the morning and
get them back at 3pm, you would be required to work from 7Am – 10Am in the morning,
and 2pm– 6Pm in the Evening in the weekdays, and you would be free at weekends.

4. SALARY
Your host family has agreed to pay you Yassin Wael Bakr the sum of $3,000.00
Dollars Per month also eligible to participate in any incentive compensation program
that may be developed from the family. And the salary would be paid in cash.

5. ADVANTAGE
You may be required to travel with in United States of America as is
necessary for the proper performance of your duties. It proves that you
work in United States for the terms of this Agreement will be
reviewed. You would have your own room and also a private
bathroom and toilet along with Internet facilities.

I promise that the information I have given in the application form completed by me is
accurate, and I agree that I will perform my duties as an au pair to the best of my ability. It
is agreed that United States of America. Law shall apply to this agreement and I agree to
submit to the jurisdiction of the United States of America. Courts. I have read this entire
agreement carefully, and I have had the opportunity to ask questions, obtain advice as to
its meaning, and I understand it. I am capable of reading and understanding this
agreement in English. I do not rely on any promises, statements or representations that
are not expressly stated in this Agreement. I have retained a copy of this Agreement for
my files.
