The products manufactured by Machu Picchu Foods S.A.C. are monitored during the process of
elaboration, guaranteeing with it that are free of toxic or harmful substances.
They are elaborated according to the good manufacturing practices (GMP) and adequate sanitary
conditions, with permanent quality control supervision and under an implemented HACCP system and a
Food Safety Management System implemented and certified under the FSSC 22000 standard and
BRCGS Standard.
We also have Kosher Parve and Halal Certification.
We guarantee that the products we produce in our Plant located in Pisco is Free of the 14 Allergens
(does not process or store these allergens), established by the European Union (Regulation
1169/2011): Cereals that contain gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Peanuts, Soybeans, Milk, Nuts,
Celery, Mustard, Sesame seeds, Sulfur dioxide and sulfites, Lupins and Mollusks; Including the 9 major
allergens established by the FALCPA (FDA-USA) law.

PRESENTATION PACKAGING
It should be stored under suitable health conditions, over pallets, in cool and dry place. The warehouse
should be free of plagues and strong or disagreeably odours, far from direct sunlight.
