Project Description:
In this project, you will create a memo for Joanna Trimmer, Marketing Vice President for University Medical Center, which
contains proposed items for the annual report. To complete the project, you will apply, modify, and create styles, change the
style set and paragraph spacing style in the document, and apply and create a multilevel list style. You will also insert and
format a chart.

1 Start Word. Download and open the file named 0

2 Apply the Subtitle style to the first paragraph. 3

3 Select the text Memo. Apply the Strong style, and then change the 6
Font Size to 26 pt. Change the case to UPPERCASE.
4 Select the paragraph University Medical Center Growth. Apply Bold, 4
and then change the Font Color to Blue, Accent 5.
5 Use the paragraph University Medical Center Growth to create a Style 8
with the name Item Heading.
6 On Page 2, apply the Item Heading style to the paragraph Wilson 5
Radiology Facility.
7 Change the Style Set to Centered. Change the Paragraph Spacing to 5
Open.
8 On Page 1, beginning with To:, select all remaining text in the 5
document, and then change the Font Size to 12 pt.
9 On Page 2, beginning with the second paragraph, select the remaining 8
text in the document. Apply a multilevel list with the format 1.,a.,i.
10 For the paragraphs that begin Founding, Purpose, State, Number, 6
Support, and Expenses, increase the indent one time.
11 Select the entire list, and then define a new list style with the name 12
Facility List. Change the 2nd level Numbering Style to A, B, C.
12 At the bottom of page 1, position the insertion point in the blank 20
paragraph, and then insert a 3-D Pie chart. Enter the following chart
data:
