4 Select the first paragraph. Change the Font Size to 22, apply Bold, and 4
then change the Font Color to Blue, Accent 1. Apply Center.
5 Apply the Heading 1 style to the paragraph headings that begin 4
Overview, Local Government, Types of Positions, and Education.
6 Apply the Heading 2 style to the paragraph headings Chief Executives, 4
Urban and Regional Planners, and Public Safety.
7 Select the table, clear the Header Row check box, and then apply the 7
Grid Table 4 – Accent 1 table style.
8 For each Heading 1 paragraph, Mark the text as a Main entry for an 12
index. For each Heading 2 paragraph—Chief Executives, Urban and
Regional Planners, and Public Safety—type the paragraph text (for
example, Chief Executives) as a Subentry and type Education
Required for the Main entry.
9 At the end of the document, press CTRL+ENTER. Type INDEX and 7
then press ENTER two times. Select the text INDEX, change the Font
Size to 16, apply Bold, change the Font Color to Blue, Accent 1, and
then apply Center.
10 Below INDEX, in the last blank paragraph, insert an index with the 6
Classic format.
11 Position the insertion point at the beginning of the document, and then 6
insert a Next Page section break. Press CTRL+HOME, and then apply
