RESEARCH PROPOSAL

TITLE:

WORKPLACE AND THE TRANSFPRMATION WITH GLOBAL PANDEMIC

BACKGROUND:

Global pandemic affected many of the organizations in the world economy. They strived to restart
and resume the functions. But some of the organizations and firms were forced to run out as
situation got out of hand. As the situation got out of hand there was no other choice but to
implement the long-term idea to transform the workplace into a modern era. As I got this topic, I
was able to understand the valid point which must be included as it was an incident happened
everywhere in my market. I was also a witness for the situation. This research can help me to study
more about the effect. The current trends of the workplace, how they were about to implement the
techniques and how it is now after implementing in sudden. I selected education industry, as it was
the main affected industry globally. I could also understand the changes they have incurred and how
it is cleared of now.

The transformation of workplace is now being reversed my many organization but the workforce
and some of the organization has been adapted into the culture so that many of them are finding it
hard to change.

e) Increase in employee turnover
I am trying to illustrate the changes and affects caused by the transformation of the
workplace.
Objectives:
1. To examine the changes and causes of the changes in workplace.
2. To illustrate the after effects and causes sue to the changes.
3. To know about the opinions on the workforce on the transformation.
4. To draw conclusion about the applicability of employee workplace
transformation.
Method:
 Conducting literature review of, what are the changes in the workplace,
 Selecting an industry to conduct market research. Where there will be a quantitative
of 5 of the organization
 A questionnaire will be brought to cover the questions on the topic.
 I will be collecting these data in person with every workforce in the industry.
 These questions will lead for an hypothesis of the topic
 I will process these raw data to my findings.
 The secondary data will be collected for the sources like HBR, FORBS AND etc.
  This will lead to my conclusion on the topic and can also help to suggest any better if
needed with my experience on the research.

 Preparing questionnaire: 16/07/2022 – 17/07/2022
 Completion of first draft of project report: 18/07/2022 – 28/07/2022
 Final writing of the project report: 30/07/2022 – 09/08/2022
