25% 1 A document with the local long-term plan for waste circularity is uploaded to the TMT as a file attachment. Additional to
the long-term plan the document shall also contain a section giving a quarterly update of it progress. There is a template

Specifically, the update shall include information about:

Waste Circularity
• At what percentage of waste circularity, the location is at in the current quarter
• Set a traffic light to indicate what the overall implementation status of the long-term plan is
• Positives in the quarter 2022
• Challenges in the quarter
• Sharing something from the work with the long-term plan for waste circularity that is noteworthy and possibly
useful for other locations to get informed about

Global EHS will review and approve the progress update of the long-term plan for waste circularity.

1. 25% Progress: Scoring will be awarded at the end of Q1 (Progress update available after 10th March 2023)
2. 50% Progress: Scoring will be awarded at the end of Q2 (Progress update available after 10th June 2023)
3. 75% Progress: Scoring will be awarded at the end of Q3 (Progress update available after 10th September 2023)
4. 100% Progress: Scoring will be awarded at the end of Q4 (Progress update available after 10th December 2023)
