Persuasive Speech outline

Prayer should be allowed in Public schools


A. I will be beginning my speech with a question to the audience addressing
prayer in the classroom setting and if they have experienced it.
B. Next, I will discuss the taboo of prayer in the classroom
C. I believe prayer should be allowed in school because it shows solidarity, it
exposes students to other religions, and it promotes tolerance and
understanding.

Prayer in school will be able to show solidarity


A.Students of the same faith will be able to mingle and pray with each other.

1. Students will be able to de-stress and pray about certain situations

2.Great chance of meeting new people

B. Different faiths will be able to unite

3. Students will also be able to all have something in common

C. It will bring those together to share worship

2 it would bring students together, teach the students the right and wrong
amongst their peers, and decline the reliance on things like drugs, sex, and
alcohol.

School prayer is Essential to Developing Students


1. Prayer helps in better decision making
Prayer is a way to teach children to turn to God for wisdom and guidance. It helps to
remind the young minds each day that they must bring their concerns and worries to
God so that they gain clarity on the situation in a relaxed moment of prayer.

2.I believe prayer should be allowed in school because it shows solidarity, it exposes
students to other religions, and it promotes tolerance and understanding.
3. We have great challenges and great opportunities, and with the help of
prayer , we will meet and make our best life in our history!”
