Overview

PK-G-3-2400 (OPEN KNIT)

GAS SINGEING MACHINE for open knit fabric, PK-G-3-2400
manufactured by POONG KWANG, is composed of entering part,
singeing part, exhausting part, and exit part (plaiting). From 40
years experience of POONG KWANG, we can finish processing with
minimizing tension and spreading selvedge. Also, we can singe the
surface of fabric uniformly with high quality burner. There are two
burners that can singe both sides of fabric uniformly. Expander rollers
spread selvedge while exhausting device removes sparking on fabric
with steam. Our GAS SINGEING MACHINE helps to produce high quality
dyed fabric before dyeing process. Singeing removes useless hairs
and makes the surface of fabric uniformly, so it prevents dyeing error
occurred from uneven surface.

PK-G-3-2400型针织开幅烧毛机由进布单元，烧毛单元，灭火单元，出布
单元组成。火口（燃烧器）是烧毛机的核心技术，高品质火口能均匀除去
织物表面的杂质和茸毛。通过成熟的制作技术，解决了烧毛过程中张力及
卷边现象。烧毛单元有两个火口（燃烧器）组成，满足了针织布正反面同
时烧毛的工艺要求。特殊设计的灭火装置能打开卷边的同时喷蒸汽灭火，
解决了开幅针织布灭火难的问题。本社生产的烧毛机，能满足不同织物的
烧毛工艺要求，尤其适应宽幅针织布的烧毛。

니트용 모소기는 입구부 • 모소부 • 소화부 • 출구부로 구성된다.

40년 기술의 노하우로 니트 원단에 장력을 최소화 하며, edge부분까지 모소
가능하다. 특수구조로 이루어진 버너는 원단의 양면을 고르게 태워준다.
소화부에서는 표면과 edge부분에 남아있는 작은 불씨까지 제거해준다.
균일한 모소화로 고품질의 원단가공에 도움을 준다.

Comparison Of Singeing And Enzyme Process 烧毛和酶洗的比较过程 모소&엔자임 비교

In both singeing and enzyme processes, surface hair would

be removed, but singeing process provides more effective in
economical aspect because it gives more time saving, water
saving, steam saving, and chemical saving than enzyme
process. Furthermore in environmental aspect, singing process
can eliminates dust which is falling from fiber tissue of fabric in
enzyme process.

坯布表面 생지표면 织物表面烧毛后 모소 후 표면 在烧毛、酶处理后，面料表面的毛絮都能去除，但烧毛过程会
更经济和环保，因为烧毛过程更多的节约时间，节约水耗量，
节约蒸汽量和酶处理助剂。此外，烧毛过程还能消除了纤维酶
加工过程中的灰尘。

원단표면의 잔털제거방식은 모소와 엔자임 두 가지의 공정으로

이루어진다.
모소공정의 경우 시간, 물, 스팀, 약품의 절감으로 인한 경제적인
