In preparation for the opening of classes for SY 2022-2023, this office through the School Health Section, in partnership with the Provincial Health Office shall conduct COVID19 vaccination in public schools within SDO Sorsogon Province based on schedule provided by the PHO. 2. ‘The VACC to School 2022 aims to increase COVID19 vaccination coverage among learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and stakeholders. Hence this Office strongly encourages maximum participation from DepEd Personnel. 3. Learners must be accompanied by the parent or guardian at the vaccination site and must bring the following documents: a. Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate b. Valid Identification card of parent/ guardian with picture c. Vaccination card; if for booster dose 4. Strict compliance to minimum health standards must be observed during the said activity.
