8:05-8:10 warm up exercise

Touch Rugby:
Equipment required: 12 Rugby balls
Area required: half of the sports hall

Team:

First section: rule explanation and passing drills


Second section: 3 man drive (3 attackers vs 1 defender)
- 3 man drive explanation: the role of the 3 attackers↓
- example: attacker1 who picks up the ball will take a touch from the defender and
will put the ball on the ground. Attacker2 who will pick up the ball is called the
“dummy-half”. The “dummy-half” has to quickly pass the ball to attacker 3 as they
cannot be touched by the defender and are not allowed to score goals.
- Defender’s role: the defender has to touch the person who is carrying the ball
and move back, away from where the ball was placed on the ground to let the
attackers practice
Roles of attacker and defender should switch within teams so everyone in the team gets a
chance.
Third section : mini game (6 v 6)
Each team will rotate and go through all 3 sections
One section for passing drills and the other two are 3 man drive and a short game, each section
will be 5 mins.

Basketball:
Equipment required: 12 basketball
Area required: half of the sports hall

Team:

First section: shooting practice


Second section: game ( 4v4 )
Third section : game section ( 4v4 )
Each teams will rotate and go through all 3 sections
One section for shooting practice and the other two are game sections, each section will be 5
mins.
