Tossing a coin determines which team will serve first. The winner of the toss has the option of serving or defending. The set begins with the side that serves first. The server must have one of his legs inside the service circle during the service, while the other players must stay in their quarter circles. The feeder or striker tosses the ball to the server who kicks it across the net to the opposing team's side with no foot in the service circle. After the referee has announced the score, the ball must be tossed to the server. If the throw occurs before the score is called, the ball is re- thrown and the team is issued a warning. A serve is considered valid if itit crosseshe net to the opposing team's side inside the boundary line before the opposing team’s boundary line. It doesn’t matter if it touches the net or not. The players are allowed to move into any portion of their respective court once the service is completed. In response to the server, the defensive team at tempts to transfer the ball across the goal to the other side in three touches. The feeder and server usually move around the court to defend the opposition’s serve and set the ball for the striker to strike in two touches. The service will be chosen by the team that wins the first set. The game will continue until one of the teams commits a mistake. When a team commits a mistake, the other team receives a point. Each side has a one minute tactical timeout during the game when the ball is not in play. There are no built in timers. In the case of Regu matches, a maximum of five players is allowed on the baseline during the stoppage. The referee has the authority to temporarily pause the game for five minutes if a player is injured and requires rapid medical attention. If the player is still unable to participate after five minutes, he can be replaced with another player.
2. Discuss tekong and how to be a taking nutshell?
Answer: The tekong, often known as the server or the one who serves the ball, is a sepak takraw player. His position and role as tekong, as well as those of his colleagues, had already been set before the commencement of the game. This means that he and his teammates each have a unique position in the game that cannot be changed. As a tekong, you must get all of the ball passed in the backcourt, and the team's point depends on your server first, because if you fail to serve the ball, the team will lose a point. He must serve the ball quickly and powerfully to prevent the opposition team from blacking it. 3. Discuss the scoring system in Sepaktakraw? Answer: The scoring system in sepaktakraw are first, a point Is awarded to the opponent side when either the serving or receiving side commits a fault. Second, The team that scores fifteen points with a minimum lead of two points wins the set. In the event of a 14-14 draw, This add will be decided by the team that gains two point advantage or reaches seventeen Points which ever occurs first. The match referee will proclaim setting up to 17 points if the score is knotted at 14-14. Third, each match Regu and Doubles Will be decided in a best of five set format with two minutes breaks in between sets. The first, second, third, fourth and fifth sets be referred to as such. Each match team will be decided in a best of three set style with two minute rest in between sets. The first, second, and third sets shall be referred to as such. Lastly, when one Regu reaches 8 points during the fifth set Regu and Double event and third set team event, sides will switch ends.
