AAMT Bravo 2 Ethics Module 6

LEARNING ACTIVITY:

1. Do you love and care for your mother earth?

As our planet provides us with food and water to sustain life, protecting it and its environment becomes
extremely vital. This planet is the only thing that is necessary for our survival; it provides all other living
creatures with food and water, so it is our duty to look after it.2. What can you do to show your love and
care for your mother earth? Describe well.

We can start by planting trees, recycling, disposing wastes properly, and reducing the use of plastics that
has a huge effect in the environment. By these simple actions, we could save many lives. Let's not turn a
blind eye on this kind of issue because it is where our lives rely, it is our future.

3. Give your personal reaction/comments on the article “The Healing Power of Forgiveness”.

The growing body of evidence indicates that forgiveness carries many potential health benefits,
including lower blood pressure and heart rate, fewer episodes of depression and anxiety symptoms,
improved function of the immune system, and lower risk of substance abuse and a reduction in chronic
pain.

4. Are you a millennial? Why?

No, because I was born on 2001 and the millennial generation is defined as anyone born between 1981
and 1996, which means anyone between the ages of 24 and 39 in 2020. This age range, like other
generational cohorts, is chosen for statistical analysis of certain trends rather than being a strict
identifier.

5. How does pluralism affect ethics?

Ethical pluralism suggests your actions may be in opposition to local norms, or you might be expected
to act in opposition to your own norms. Either one of these conflicts may make your work
unsustainable.

6. How do fundamentalism affects ethics?

Ethical fundamentalism is when an individual looks for outside sources to make the decision of what is
ethical and unethical.

7. What are the challenges of globalization to present day ethics?

Transnational religious communities have grown more active as a result of globalization, becoming a
significant factor in international affairs. Leading academics from a range of fields investigate how
globalization and religious pluralism are influencing events around the world in this volume.
