JUSTIFICATION LETTER

This is to justify that the undersigned was unable/forgot to log in/out thru biometric dated
July 1, 2022, July 8, 2022, July 13, 2022, July 14, 2022, July 18, 2022, July 25 and July 26
due to the urgent matters that need immediate attention and such was ordered by the
immediate superior. By that reason, I was not able to log in and out thru biometric. Attached
herewith are the copies of logbooks with identified dates mentioned.
