SUBJECT : REQUEST FOR EXPUNGEMENT OF THE LETTER OF CHARLIE

B. TEÑOSO DATED MAY 17, 2023, FOR THE REASON OF
EMPLOYMENT OF UNDUE INFLUENCE IN OBTAINING THE
LATTER’S SIGNATURE

This pertains to the letter of personnel Charlie B. Teñoso dated May, 17, 2023,
which the latter apparently expressed disfavor with his reassignment to CENRO-
Tubod.

Upon knowing the reassignment, Charlie B. Teñoso committed himself to winding

up his affairs with the PENRO SDN, he had prepared his documents and was ready for
his return to this office, he thereupon expressed to this office his relief with the RSO
dated May 9, 2023.

On May 17, 2023, the above-subject letter was executed, however, at a later
date, Mr. Teñoso confided to DMOIII Frederick S. Lapitan that the letter executed
was not of his own decision, rather, he was made to sign an already written letter by
the PENR Officer of PENRO SDN, and that without the latter he would not have
inscribe his signature.

This office would not turn a blind eye to such immoral conducts, especially the
use of his authority towards his subordinates to fulfill his prideful and whimsical
impulse. The disallowance of Mr. Tenoso does not in any manner cater exigency of
public service anymore but a reprise to his pride
