SUBJECT : RECOMMENDATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF “ORDER OF

FINALITY” FOR THE DENIED MOTION FOR
RECOMMENDATION FILED BEFORE THE OFFICE OF THE
REGIONAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

Respectfully submitted herewith the recommendation for the issuance of “Order of

Finality” for the redundancy being denied for bereft of merits. Admin case no.
SDNTUBOD-RCO # 502-20 (A&B), 303-19 (A&B), 048-18(A&B), 373-20 (A&B) being
denied of merits.

Please be informed that upon scrutiny of the available records in this office, the chief
enforcement section found four (4) motion for reconsideration that are being denied
for bereft of merits and substantial evidence. The aforementioned Motion for
reconsideration was already long overdue. However, this office hasn’t received any
information that an identified claimant/s of the said motion for reconsideration filed
an APPEAL before the office of the Secretary or received such appeal, since this
office is the frontline services of DENR.

Thus, this office concur the recommendation of the Chief Enforcement Section.
Requesting your end that an Order of Finality be issued for the four (4) motion for
reconsideration being denied of the ground relied upon purpose.
