This has reference to the Agreement made between the

Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the
Combo Women’s Rural Improvement Club for the 28.0 has. Mangrove
Production/procurement of planting materials including care and
maintenance of seedlings of Mangrove and Beach Forest
Development Program (MBFDP) under the National Greening Program
(NGP) with the project area located at Barangay Combo, Labangan,
Zamboanga del Sur.

In view of the above and in behalf of the above-named

club, I am pleased to inform you that pursuant to the agreement
we have already accomplished 100% of the above said required for
the 1st release/progress billing payment.

Further, we are formally requesting for an immediate

inspection/validation of our accomplishment to support our
billing request.
