BOARD RESOLUTION
Approving JANETT D. AGAO to be the Applicant for Free Patent application
process at the Land Management Bureau (L.M.B) Department of Environment and
Natural Resources (DENR) on behalf of the Association.

DULY PASSED ON [May 29, 2023]

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of CABCABEN GREEN PLANTERS

ASSOCIATION INC. has determined that it is in this company’s best interest to name
Janett D. Agao grant or approved as an applicant of the association in the process for
free patent titling at Land Management Bureau (L.M.B.) Region III with office address
4th floor, Melvi Building, San Fernando, Pampanga and Department of Environment
and Natural Resources (DENR) at Community Environment and Natural Resources
Office (CENRO) with an office address address at Binukawan, Bagac, Bataan and
Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) under her name.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees hereby determines that the situation that
needs to be done by the officers and members needed to meet the challenge of time
and circumstances it is the first and foremost action needed for whatever process be it
for free patent under the administrative or judicial by decree process or by Department
of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the application and processes for free patent titling,
vesting schedule, and other terms set forth above, and hereby ratified and approved,
and subject to such other provisions such as contained in the Plan and in this
association standard.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the officers of this association are, and each acting
alone is, hereby authorized to do and perform all such acts, including execution of all
documents and certificates, as such officers shall deem necessary or advisable, to carry
out the purposes and intent of the foregoing resolutions.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that any actions taken by such officers prior to the date
of the foregoing resolutions adopted hereby that are within the authority conferred
thereby are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved as the acts and deed of this
company.

It is hereby certified by the undersigned that the foregoing resolution was duly
passed by the Board of Directors of the above-named Cabcaben Green Planters
Association Inc. on the [29th ] day of [May, 2023], in accordance with the Memorandum
or By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation of the Company and the laws and by-laws
governing the Company and that the said resolution has been duly recorded in the
Minute Book and is in full force and effect.
