Dear Mr. Velena Wari

Regarding your unpaid rentals in the amount of Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos
(P880,000.00) we have requested payment on this matter several times without success.
THIS IS YOUR FINAL NOTICE.
Please be advised that unless we receive payment in full of this amount stated herein within
(10) days of this letter, we will immediately turn this matter over to our attorneys for collection
proceedings against you without further notice. Stated below is the amount that has been
accumulated for the past years up until now:

January to December 2020 – 20,000 x 12 = 240,000

January to December 2021 – 20,000 x 12 = 240,000
January to December 2022 - 20,000 x 12 = 240,000
January to August 2023 - 20,000 x 9 = 160,000
Total = P880,000

These proceedings will include claims for pre-judgement interest on your account and all legal
and court-related costs in connection with collection of this unpaid rentals and will substantially
increase the amount that you owe us.

We regret the necessity for this action and urge you to clear up these unpaid rentals
immediately.
