Hi Maximino and Janett,

Good day! I reviewed the changes you made to the online questionnaire, and I appreciate you
reading the feedback (instructions & reminders) from my last email.

I would like to schedule a phone call with you to discuss any concerns you may have and how
we can move your petition forward as soon as possible. Specifically, I would like for us to cover
the following:

1. An overview of the RapidVisa process: How does it work?

2. If you have any questions about the online questionnaire.
3. The entire K1 Fiance Visa petition/application package. E.g., gov’t filing fee, the pages to
print, sign, and date, and any clarifications you may have with the instructions.
4. The supporting documents/evidence required for government filing. E.g., those you
already have and the ones you still need to gather (missing), and the estimated number
of days you need to complete the missing documents.
5. If you have any technical issues or concerns. E.g., scanning your documents, navigating
your RapidVisa portal when uploading scanned documents, etc.
6. For future contact/interactions, what time of the day is most convenient for us to reach
you?
7. And for other inquiries related to U.S. gov’t processes, timelines, & costs.

Please provide us with your preferred contact number and the most convenient callback
schedule (date, time, and timezone) that works for you. Set aside at least 45 minutes of your
time and recommend having your computer ready during this call.

I have scheduled our phone call appointment for Monday, February 20, 2023, at 7 PM Pacific
Standard Time. Please confirm if this will work for you.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions. Send a reply, and I will get
back to you within 4 business hours. I’m available between 2 PM to 10 PM, Pacific Standard
Time. Our office hours are between 6 AM and 10 PM, Monday through Friday.

Thank you,
Nolee Grace
