    May we request for the issuance of survey authority in favor of Engr. Joven B.
    Domingo License No: 11301406 whom we hired to execute survey authority of
    parcel of land portion 626 CAD 243 situated at Sitio Nagbalimbing, Alas-asin,
    Mariveles, Bataan with an approximate area of 24 hectares more or less.

    Attached herewith is the Waiver of Rights of the former claimant and Barangay
    Certificate for your reference.

    Your appropriate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
