RE: FINAL DEMAND LETTER TO VACATE

Dear MS. MARCELINA ESPINOSA:

My clients, Mrs. Belinda Liu and Mr. Hsi Pin Liu had referred to me their problem
concerning your refusal to heed their demands to vacate their property, located in Barangay
Santa Maria, Mati City, Davao Oriental with Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 146-
2010008891.

Please remember that upon the transfer of ownership of said parcel of land to them, you
were allowed to stay in the area with the understanding that you will peacefully vacate the land,
once they need to use the same.

Our clients have been pleading you to vacate their property as they are now going to use
and lease the same but to no avail. As such, consider this letter then our clients’ last and final
demand to leave the area within thirty (30) days from receipt of this demand letter otherwise we
will be compelled to institute appropriate legal action against you in court.
