REQUEST LETTER

To whom it may concern:

Mrs. Angelina G. Alolor and his son John G. Alolor (my clients) referred to me for
appropriate action regarding their against Mr. Crisostomo Candelaria who was by this
office a sticker for access to Ciudad Real Subdivision, despite the latter was not a
legitimate resident of Lot 26 Blk. 14 Phase 2-B Ciudad Real, City of San Jose Del Monte,
Bulacan (Colinas Verdes Subdivision).

According to my clients, Mr. Crisostomo Candelaria has been using fictitious

names and still using their aforementioned residence address in all his transactions that
he had dealing problems, as a result, many were looking for Mr. Candelaria despite he is
not a resident of the aforementioned address of my clients. Mr. Candelaria should not
be allowed entry to Ciudad Real Subdivision as he is not a legitimate resident thereof.
They would like to refuse Mr. Candelaria to have access to their house, and he insisted to
enter my client’s house located inside the said subdivision, he is trespassing and may
request the authorities to cause the arrest against the person of Mr. Candelaria.

In view of this matter, my clients would like to request to refuse Mr. Crisostomo
Candelaria to have access to the subdivision. His application for renewal of the sticker
that this Admin Office of the Association should be denied outright.

Any assistance extended to my client in relation to their above request is highly

appreciated.
