AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

        I, MS. ELIZABETH BAUTISTA BASILIO, of legal age, Single, and a
resident of Lot 47 Sasamaka Homes, Santiago Street, Vista Verde Avenue
Caloocan City, Philippines, after having duly sworn to in accordance with
law hereby depose and state:
 
        1. I am the complaining witness for Violation of Sections 144 (I) (d)
and II (n) against AL AMWAJ SERVICES FOR WORKERS with Case No.
210700853 and with previous case number 191002808, Philippine Overseas
Employment Administration (POEA).
 
        2. After my sober careful analysis of the incident, I have realized that
the complaint against AL AMWAJ SERVICES FOR WORKERS was only out of
misunderstanding and that I could no longer ascertain the guilt of the
accused.
 
        3. Since I could not state with certainty and without doubt the liability
of AL AMWAJ SERVICES FOR WORKERS, in fairness to the company, I am
permanently withdrawing my complaint against them. I clear AL AMWAJ
SERVICES FOR WORKERS of whatever responsibility or liability to me.
 
        4. This is to hereby attest that I am withdrawing my complaint for
Violation of Sections 144 (I) (d) and II (n) in Case No. 210700853 and with
previous case number 191002808 against AL AMWAJ SERVICES FOR
WORKERS before Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
  
        5. I likewise respectfully request the Philippine Overseas Employment
Administration (POEA) to move for the dismissal of the aforementioned case
against the accused.

6. That I have no further claims and/or complaints against AL AMWAJ

SERVICES FOR WORKERS before the Philippine Overseas Employment
Administration and likewise before any other government agency, including
the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), Overseas Workers Welfare
Administration (OWWA), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Regional
and Municipal Trial Courts and any other government agency in the
Philippines.
 
        IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby set my hand this 3rd day of March

 RELEASE WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

            That I, MS. ELIZABETH BAUTISTA BASILIO, Filipino, of legal age, a

resident of Lot 47 Sasamaka Homes, Santiago Street, Vista Verde Avenue
Caloocan City, do by these presents acknowledge receipt of the sum of Twenty
Thousand Pesos, Philippine Currency, from AL AMWAJ SERVICES FOR
WORKERS in full payment and final settlement due to me or which may be due
to me from under the law or under any existing agreement with respect
thereto, as well as any and all claims of whatever kind and nature which I have
or may have against AL AMWAJ SERVICES FOR WORKERS, arising from my
employment under AL AMWAJ SERVICES FOR WORKERS.

            In consideration of said payment, I do hereby quitclaim, release,

discharge and waive any and all actions of whatever nature, expected, real or
apparent, which I may have against AL AMWAJ SERVICES FOR WORKERS.
including its directors, officers, employees, agents and clients by reason of or
arising from my application with the company.  I will institute no action,
whether civil, criminal, labor or administrative against AL AMWAJ SERVICES
FOR WORKERS and likewise its directors, officers, employees, agents and
clients.  Any and all actions which I may have commenced either solely in my
name or jointly with others before any office, board, bureau, court, or tribunal
against AL AMWAJ SERVICES FOR WORKERS, its directors, officers,
employees, agents and clients are hereby deemed and considered voluntary
withdrawn by me and I will no longer testify or continue to prosecute said
action(s).
            I declare that I have read this document and have fully understood its
contents.  I further declare that I voluntarily and willingly executed this
Release, Waiver and Quitclaim with full knowledge of my rights under the law.
