On behalf of my client, MS. SALVE C. LIM, I would like to propose to you to enter into a
Contract to Sell with my client for the purchase of the lot in your possession which is a
portion of Lot No. 2178, Cad-339, Goa Cadastre located at Catagbacan, Goa,
Camarines Sur declared under the name of her predecessor-interest, Salvacion Valer.
This is to ensure that your possession in said portion of the lot would be lawful as my
client is only tolerating your possession of the same as of the moment.

In the event that your amendable with said proposal, you may inform my client of your
intention to enter in a contract with her so that we may advise you of the land area as
well as the terms and conditions of said contract. Should you have any previous
payments regarding the purchase of the lot in your possession, kindly bring your proof
so that we may consider the same in arriving at the agreed purchase price.
