    Evangelio, the tenant registered in the leasehold contract annotated in the title TCT No. P-12300, 7938,
    CAD-556-D, Case 21, passed away on July 30, 2020 and no longer the actual tiller of the land owned by
    BUENAVENTURA MINGKE.

    This further certify that the said title with an area of Thirty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred
    Twenty-Nine (39,329) square meters, located at Vinapor, Carmen, Agusan del Norte is presently being
    cultivated by the MINGKE siblings, namely: LORNA MORRE, MARINA DALOGDOG, JACINTO
    MINGKE, SR., PERCITA HISTA, ABELLA MELODINA & SILMAR CONCON.

    This certification is issued upon the request of the siblings for the cancellation of the annotation.
