    May this humble letter request reach you in high spirit!!!

    The undersigned is the transferor of Lot No. 2081-A, Portion of Lot No. 2081,
    Cad – 287, situated in Brgy. Poblacion (Central), Municipality of Cateel, Province
    of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Consisting of 13,317 square meters, more or less.
    Consequently, the same was sold to Victoria M. Dacuycuy, as evidenced by a Deed
    of Absolute Sale which duly attached to this folder.

    One of the requirements for the transfer of name from me to the new owner
    Victoria M. Dacuycuy was Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Clearance. It
    is on this matter that the undersigned is humbly requesting the DAR through you
    that a DAR Clearance be issued.
