Resolution No. 01
Series of 2022

A resolution requesting in earnest Hon. Atty. Dick G. Bal-o City Vice Mayor to source out
funds to finance the completion of the deep well water work located at Centro Nambaran,
Tabuk City, Kalinga.
WHEREAS, presented among others by the secretary and officers of Purok Centro
Nambaran during community meeting of beneficiaries on the Dec. 30, 2022 at Nambaran Centro
compound.
WHEREAS, after lengthy deliberation the beneficiaries unanimously suggested to
source out funds from Hon. Atty. Dick G. Bal-o, City Vice Mayor, Tabuk City for the
completion of said water works.
WHEREAS, the estimates amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00)
use to purchase cements, steel bars, gravel and sand and unexpected others.
WHEREAS, the people of Purok Centro Nambaran firmly believed that Hon. Dick G.
Bal-o, City Vice Mayor can provided said request to improve the environment for its water
supply multi use gardening to augment family and health care of the people.
NOW, THERFORE ON MOTION SEVERALLY SECONDED, be it resolved as it is
hereby done to forward this resolution to the office Hon. Atty. Bal-o for his benign approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to appoint Mr. Bernard G. Aggalao, tribal leader to hand
carry submit this resolution to Hon. Atty. Dick G. Bal-o, City Vice Mayor for this reference.
UNANIMOUSLY carried this 30th day of the December, 2022 at Nambaran, Tabuk City,
Kalinga Province.
