A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISBURSEMENT OF THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY

FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 35,000.00) AS ALLOCATED FOR AGRICULTURAL
AND MARINE SUPPLIES EXPENSES TO BE CHARGED AGAINST THE ANNUAL
BUDGET OF BARANGAY POBLACION II FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023 TO FUND THE
“ENHANCED SYSTEM FOR VEGETABLE PRODUCTION IN HOUSEHOLDS.”

WHEREAS, in the Annual Budget of Barangay Poblacion II for Fiscal Year

2023, there is an appropriation for Agricultural and Marine Supplies Expenses in
the amount of Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 35,000.00);

WHEREAS, the Committee on Agriculture of this Sangguniang Barangay has

agreed by consensus to undertake an agricultural program called, “Enhanced
System for Vegetable Production in Households” which will benefit qualified poor
families in Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City;

WHEREAS, in order to fund the said project, it is necessary to disburse the

budget for Agricultural and Marine Supplies Expenses as allocated in the Budget
for FY 2023 in the amount of Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 35,000.00);

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by this

Sangguniang Barangay in session assembled, TO AUTHORIZE THE DISBURSEMENT
OF THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 35,000.00) AS
ALLOCATED FOR AGRICULTURAL AND MARINE SUPPLIES EXPENSES TO BE
CHARGED AGAINST THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY POBLACION II FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2023 TO FUND THE “ENHANCED SYSTEM FOR VEGETABLE
PRODUCTION IN HOUSEHOLDS.”

RESOLVED FURTHER, TO AUTHORIZE THE BARANGAY TREASURER TO

WITHDRAW THE SAID FUND FROM THE DEPOSITORY BANK.
