“A RESOLUTION APPOINTING KRISTAL MAY R. MUTIA AS A TREASURER OF THE

DUGAYAN OKAPAN KAWAYAN KIMATAAN IGANG FARMERS ASSOCIATION
(DOKKIFA), AUTHORIZING HER TO BE ONE OF THE SIGNATORIES IN EVERY
LANDBANK TRANSACTION UNDER THE MATCHING GRANT AGREEMENT OF DTI RAPID
GROWTH PROJECT”

WHEREAS, on November 17, 2023, the DUGAYAN OKAPAN KAWAYAN KIMATAAN

IGANG FARMERS ASSOCIATION (DOKKIFA) held a meeting and unanimously agreed to
appoint Ms. Kristal May R. Mutia as the Association's Treasurer;

WHEREAS, Ms. Mutia possesses the necessary qualifications and experience to serve
as Treasurer and has demonstrated her commitment to the Association and its mission;

WHEREAS, authorize signatories from the association is needed to the DTI RAPID
Growth Project documents and after careful and thorough deliberation during the meeting, it
was considered to the said resolution to wit;

WHEREAS, DOKKIFA is an association of farmers situated in the Cluster 2 of Barangay

Gupitan composed of more than one hundred (100) beneficiaries with DOLE Registration No.
ROXI-DNFO-WA-05-2012-014.

WHEREFORE, on motion of BOD Member, Mr. Macario Ayala duly seconded by BOD
Nonoy Soay, it was RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved, that a resolution appointing Ms. Kristal
R. Mutia as treasurer of Dugayan Okapan Kawayan Kimataan Igang Farmers Association
(DOKKIFA) authorizing her to be one of the signatories in every landbank transactions under
the matching grant agreement of DTI RAPID Growth Project;
 FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to all concerned of this
information and further reference.
