What is the issue or problem depicted in the photograph?

Science and technology don't have any problems on their own, according to the issue or
difficulty I researched and saw. Society and individuals in general are the issue. We have
become physically and mentally lazy as a result of modern technologies. We grow incredibly
lazier as a result of modern inventions that make everything easier. Every person's personal
and professional lives are significantly impacted by technology. It does, however, have
certain negative consequences. Science is the knowledge of cause and effect that has been
found and is used by society to construct its tools (technology) in accordance with its
understanding. Technology-related issues are not caused by science or the technology that
the science inspires; rather, they are the outcome of faults in the understanding that
generates and uses the technology.

2. How does this particular issue or problem impact the well-being of humans today?
The modern threat of nuclear war, rising obesity and disease rates as a result of inactivity
due to technology, eye problems from screens, social problems—for example, many parents
will simply give their child a phone to play with to calm them down or whatever—all
illustrate how often it backfires. Phones can cause all kinds of developmental problems like
that, not only socially, but if the child doesn't play. Another issue that will only worsen
tremendously is job loss due to technology.Nowadays, while the TV is on, no one wants to
engage in conversation, play outside, or spend quality time with their loved ones. Due to
modern technology, people can no longer leave their homes and cannot even go for walks
or exercise.

Why is it important for people to study and learn about STS as an academic field, especially
the issue or problem depicted in the photograph?
Studies in science and technology provide information about how technology is understood
and known. science and knowledge seen through the eyes of the social sciences and
humanities. It provides us the concept to know how scientific and technical breakthroughs
affect society and the environment. Technology has made some of the biggest strides to
date, but there have also been some significant setbacks. Many of our social skills are being
stunted by technology, and it has become increasingly difficult for people to socialize
without their phones or other forms of technology. How depressing to observe a group of
pals seated around a couch without making eye contact with one another. Put the phone
down and start a conversation instead. Memories can only be created in person; they
cannot be created through an app.
