NOTE: Sonnax “F-Tool” kits designed to
service a specific bore require the VB-FIX,
b. Remove and discard OE end plug and valve.

Ream TCC bore (for reaming instructions/reamer care, please visit www.sonnax.com).
Sonnax reaming tool kit F-35740-TL13 and VB-FIX are required for this operation.

3. Installation & Assembly

a. Ensure all debris has been removed from valve
bore and body.
Test both
b. Reinstall OE spring. passages
together.
c. Install Sonnax valve, ensuring OE spring seats

over valve guide. VACUUM

TEST

d. Lubricate O-ring and install on Sonnax end plug. 18"-Hg

Roll plug on clean flat surface to size O-ring

into groove.
e. Install end plug and secure with OE retaining clip.
