service a specific bore require the VB-FIX,

Sonnax reaming tool kit F-113741-TL22 and VB-FIX are required for this operation.

3. Installation & Assembly

a. Be certain all debris has been removed from the valve bore and valve body.
b. Install Sonnax control valve into reamed bore. Thin valve spool with flats must be outboard.
c. Install Sonnax spring included with kit.
d. Install Sonnax plunger valve and sleeve 16"-Hg

assembly with snout inside spring.

e. Reinstall OE pin to retain sleeve.

4. Final Testing
Vacuum testing at the port(s) indicated holds
the recommended minimum 16 and 18 in-Hg. 20
