APPLICATION FOR LIVE- IN DURING VACATION (LIDV)

I. Students (UG & PG) with active status:


a) No application is required.
b) Students who do not vacate their rooms and return the mahallah room key on the last
date to check out will automatically be considered as LIDV chargeable.

II. Students involving in University Programme:
a) LIDV application is to be submitted by respective K/C/D/I/O/M to the Residential and
Services Department (RSD) or email to izwani@iium.edu.my within the period of LIDV
application.
b) K/C/D/I/O/M is to provide mahallah information together with the list of students.

III. Non Active Status Students:


a) Application for Short Term Rental is to be submitted to Residential and Services
Department (RSD) or email to izwani@iium.edu.my within the period of LIDV
application.
b) Student is to submit a proof of payment to the mahallah office upon check-in for
LIDV.

ROOM CHECK-OUT & RETURNING ROOM KEY

I. Students must vacate the room and return the room key latest by the last date to check
out. Failing which, students will automatically be considered as LIDV chargeable.
II. Rooms must be left clean and tidy. Failing which, students are subject to the
compoundable offense.
III. Any defects or maintenance problems is to be reported via the following link:-

MAHALLAH REGISTRATION FOR SEMESTER 2, 2022/2023

I. Returning students are to perform mahallah registration physically at the mahallah


office within stipulated dates. Failing which, students are subject to the compoundable
offense.
II. LIDV students are to perform mahallah registration physically within one week before
mahallah registration returning students.
III. Students are COMPULSORY to produce matric cards for mahallah registration.
