CIRCULAR
Sub: allotment of D types (Equivalent to NTPC B type ) quarters in NTPC Barauni Township.

This is informed all eligible and interested employees of NTPC Barauni that following ‘D’ types
(Equivalent to NTPC ‘B’ type) quarters is available for allotment. All employees who are eligible and
interested in allotment in terms of House Allotment Rules may please submit their request latest by
20.02.2023.

Employees may apply in ESS under the link MANAS ->NIKETAN and go to My requests -> Submit
fresh request. Click on add Choice to view available quarters. Select desired quarters among the list,
give each choice a priority number based on your preference and submit request. Request once
submitted can be viewed under my requests -> view existing requests. Once employee submitted
their priority cannot be changed. It is, therefore requested that the employees may exercise their
priorities carefully and submit the application.
1. The allotment would be considered based on seniority cum choices as per guidelines on the
subject, which will be counted from the date of joining to NTPC.
2. Under transfer employees to NTPC Barauni, whose transfer order has been released as on closing
date of the circular are also eligible to submit request through NIKETAN.
3. Option for changing of quarter would not be permitted under this circular.
