SCHEDULE -A (See Clauses 2.1 and 8.1) SITE OF THE PROJECT The Site Don EPC Mode in the state of Maharashtra shall include the land, buildings, structures and road works as described below. Ml Site of Project Highway shall include land, buildings, structures & road works as described in ‘Annex - [of this Schedule — A. ‘The dates of handing over the Right of Way to the Contractor are specified in Annex-II of this Schedule-. An inventory of the Site including the vacant and unencumbered land, buildings, structures, road works, trees and any other immovable property on, or attached to, the site shall be prepared jointly by the Authority Representative, the Contractor and Authority's Engineer and such inventory shall form part of the memorandum referted to in clause 8.2. (i) of this Agreement ‘The alignment plans of the Project Highway are specified in Annex-III. There is no modification in existing alignment. The proposed profile of the project highway shall be followed by the contractor with minimum FRL as indicated in the alignment plan. The contractors, however, improves / upgrade the road profile as indicated in Annexure Ill based on the site design requirement. The proposed profile of the Project Highway as indicated shall be followed by the contractor with ‘minimum FRL limit indicated in the alignment plan. Based on site/design requirement, the contractor may, however, improve/upgrade upon the alignment plans and profiles as indicated and raise the finished roadway level (FRL) with approval from the Authority's Engineer within the available Right of Way. WIDENIN DF THE EXISTIN IGHWAY 1.1 The Project Highway shall follow the existing alignment unless otherwise specified by the Authority Project consists widening of existing road / carriageway as per availability of land. The width, available is as per ROW. The actual available land width is variable and improvement shall be done up to maximum available land or as per ROW whichever is maximum. Including slip road/service road below the flyover, footpath, storm water drain, ROB, low height RUB, flyovers, VOP, junction improvement as shown in the plan & profile drawing, ‘The Project Highway shall follow the existing alignment unless otherwise specified by the Authority and shown in the alignment plans specified in Annex III of Schedule-A. Geometric deficiencies, if any, in the existing horizontal and vertical profiles shall be corrected as per the IRC: SP: 84-2019, IRC: SP: 90-2010, 1.2 WIDTH OF CARRIAGEWAY 1.2.1. The supervision charges at the rates/charges applicable of the Utility owning department shall be paid directly by the Authority to the Utility owning department as and when Contractor furnishes a demand of Utility Owning Department along with a copy of estimated cost given by the latter. The dismantled material/scrap of existing utility to be shifted/dismantled shall belong, to the Contractor who would be free to dispose-off the dismantled material as deemed fit by them unless the contractor is required to deposit the dismantled material to the utility owning department as per Norm & Practice and in that case the amount credit for dismantled material may be availed by the Contractor as per the estimate agreed between them.
