Prebook Offer on S23: Memory Upgrade (5K


benefit)

1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces a Prebook offer (“Prebook Offer”)
on Galaxy S23 (“Device”), wherein a customer will be eligible for a free memory upgrade from
128 GB variant to 256 GB variant worth ₹ 5000.
2. The Prebook Offer shall be available from February 02nd, 2023 to February 23rd, 2023 (“Prebook
Offer Period”).
3. Customers who pre-book the Device(s) will be eligible for a free memory upgrade from 128 GB
variant to 256 GB variant worth ₹ 5000.
4. A customer can pre-book the Device both Online and Offline. The online booking can be done
on either on Samsung Shop (i.e. either https://samsung.com/in or Samsung Shop app), or on
online partner portal (herein after referred to as “Online Outlet/Online Portal”), whereas the
offline booking can be done at the select Samsung stores (hereinafter referred to as “Offline
Outlet”). Customers are advised to check the Prebook Offer availability before pre-booking
the Device at that Offline Outlet.
5. Only one Device can be pre-booked against one mobile number. For activating the Device, the
Customer has to use the same mobile number with which the pre-booking was done. All
customers should have registered with the same mobile number for a minimum period of 03
(three) days from the date of inserting the SIM in first SIM slot for the first time.
6. Pre–booking Device on Samsung Online Outlet/Online Portal (i.e. either
https://samsung.com/in or Samsung Shop app) :
I. In case the Customer Pre-books the Device on Online Outlet/Online Portal , Customer will
have to make a full payment of the amount as declared on the respective Online
Outlet/Online Portal during the Prebook Offer Period.
II. The price of the Device as listed on the Online Outlet/Online Portal shall be inclusive of all
taxes.
III. While pre-booking Customer will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the
respective Online Outlet/Online Portal such as name, mobile number, e-mail id, model
number and colour of the Device, without which the booking will be incomplete. Once the
prebooking is complete, the customer will receive a sms confirmation on the pre-book
mobile number along with a reference number which the customer has to keep handy at
the time of final purchase. In order to avail the pre-book offer, the customer is to make the
final purchase via the same number as the one used for pre-booking the device.
IV. In case the Customer purchases the Device from Samsung Shop, the customer will directly
be given the 256 GB variant at the price of the 128 GB variant, thereby saving ₹ 5000.
V. While Pre-booking the Device via Samsung Shop, your primary shipping mobile number
should be the same as your pre-book number.
VI. Once you pre-book the Device, you will receive notification vide SMS/e-mail from the
Online Outlet/Online Portal confirming your registration.
VII. The Device will be dispatched by the Shop (i.e. either https://samsung.com/in or Samsung
Shop app) and the Customer will be notified for the same via SMS or e-mail. Date of
shipping and estimated delivery date will be reflected on the Online Outlet/Online Portal
while placing order, deliveries would depending upon your geographical location, and the
lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s)
delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.
VIII. The shipping of the Device will be subject to availability of stocks.
IX. In case you do not comply with the timelines mentioned for each respective step i.e. pre-
book, purchase & activate and redemption as stated in respective clauses, you will not be
eligible for the Prebook Offers and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung
or its authorized partners in this regard.
7. In case of pre-booking through Partner Online Outlet/Online Portal, Samsung will not be
responsible or liable for respectively:
 Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
 Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions
beyond its reasonable control;
 Any late transmissions or entries;
 Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures;
 Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device.
 Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or product(s) due to various reasons like
climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies or operational &
technical issues or for any other reason beyond its control.
 Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force
majeure circumstances.
8. By availing the Prebook Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent
voluntarily to contact them through call, SMS or e-mail on the details provided by them for
the purpose of this Prebook Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its
authorized partners from time to time.
9. Product images, features, specifications shown here are for representational purposes only,
the actual product may vary. Prebook Offer available till stocks lasts.
10. Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw Prebook Offer or
change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
11. The choice as to the color, make & model of the gift(s) as applicable shall be completely at
Samsung’s discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
12. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi, India.

13. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces a Prebook offer (“Prebook Offer”)
on Galaxy S23+ (“Device”), wherein a customer will be eligible for Galaxy Watch 4 BT @ ₹ 2999.
14. The Prebook Offer shall be available from February 02nd, 2023 to February 23rd, 2023 (“Prebook
Offer Period”).
15. Under the Prebook Offer, customers who pre-book the Device(s) will be eligible for Galaxy
Watch 4 BT @ ₹ 2999.
16. A customer can pre-book the Device both Online and Offline. The online booking can be done
on either on Samsung Shop (i.e. either https://samsung.com/in or Samsung Shop app), or on
online partner portal, (herein after referred to as “Online Outlet/Online Portal”), whereas the
offline booking can be done at the select Samsung stores (hereinafter referred to as “Offline

26. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces a Prebook offer (“Prebook Offer”)
on Galaxy S23 Ultra (“Device”), wherein a customer will be eligible for Galaxy Watch 4 LTE
Classic & Galaxy Buds2 both @ ₹ 4999.
27. The Prebook Offer shall be available from February 02nd, 2023 to March 23rd, 2023 (“Prebook
Offer Period”).
28. Under the Prebook Offer, customers who pre-book the Device(s) will be eligible for Galaxy
Watch 4 LTE Classic & Galaxy Buds2 both @ ₹ 4999.
29. A customer can pre-book the Device both Online and Offline. The online booking can be done
on either on Samsung Shop (i.e. either https://samsung.com/in or Samsung Shop app), or on
