    - Asking for directions: Could you tell me ....?

    Do you know how ...?

    - The Present Simple:

    - Uses:

    . Permanent states and facts.

    . Habits and scheduled routines.

    . Thoughts and feelings with verbs such as think, believe,


    promise, like, love, hate, etc.

    . Events in the future for which there is a written or official


    timetable:

    - Form: . Affirmative:

    The 3rd. person singular of the verb adds "-s" or "-es"

    "-es" is added for verbs ending in: sh,ch,o,s,x,z

    If the verb ends in "-y" preceded by a consonant,


    replace the "y" with "i" and add "-es"

    . Negative:

    Subject+ DO / DOES NOT / DON´T / DOESN´T +


    Verb.

    . Interrogative:
    DO / DOES + Subject + Verb + ?

    - Frequency Adverbs: always, frequently, generally ,hardly ever, never


    often, rarely, seldom, sometimes, usually.

    excepto con el verbo "to be" que se colocan después.
