Conclusion:

The conclusion we have about what we did is that the progressive

perfect tense describes actions that were repeated over a period of

time in the past, continue in the present and / or will continue in the

future, and that also as in the present perfect, we use the auxiliary verb

"to have" in addition to "been" (the past participle of the verb "to be")

plus the verb + ing
