When I was a child I used to go on vacation to my grandparents' house in Samaniego Nariño during

the month of July and the end of December, being there with my sister and my cousins we used to
go swimming in the river called “el Palito”, we used to go swimming in the public pool too, we
used to go to an uncle's farm, there we used to eat mango “biche” with lemon and salt.

Hello my friend, how´s it going?

I have great news, I moved to a new apartment, because I needed a change. Can you remember
my old apartment? I hope you can. Well my new apartment is big enough, there is enough privacy
and just as comfortable as the old one, the neighborhood is too much quiet, because the
neighbors are too old, maybe I´ll have problems in the future with they, but for the moment is a
nice place. So, I hope you can visit me soon.

Spaghetti cake

For the spaghetti Cake you need:

Spaghetti 1lb

Cheese ½ lb

A tablespoon of oil

A pan.

flour

First you need put to boil the spaghetti in water for ten minutes, next you grated the cheese in a
bowl, after that you must put the spoon of oil in the pan and spread it all, next you must spread
flour in such a way that the entire pan is covered, then you must put a layer of spaghetti, one layer
of cheese, another layer of spaghetti, another layer of cheese and one last of spaghetti, finally let it
cook until it become crusty.
