Nurse-Patient Objectives

1. After 5 days of student-nurse and client interaction, the client will be able to maintain being
responsive to answering queries through the encouragement of the nurse.

2. After 5 days, the client will be able to become competitive during the activities through the
encouragement of the student nurse while doing the activities.

3. After 1 month, the client will be able to voluntarily express his thoughts and feelings through
continuous therapeutic communication with the student nurse.

4. After 3 months, the client will be able to accept his disease through the presentation of reality and
encouragement of the student nurse.

5. After 6 months, the client's condition will be stabilized through the continuous provision of
therapeutic communication between the student-nurse.

Evaluation

1. After 5 days of student-nurse and client interaction, the client was able to be responsive in answering
queries through the encouragement of the nurse.

2. After 5 days, the client joins the activities and becomes competitive during the games through the
encouragement of the student nurse while doing the activities.

3. After 5 days, the client did not voluntarily express his thoughts and feelings through continuous
therapeutic communication with the student nurse. However, the client answers queries when asked.

4. After 5 days, the client did not present acceptance of the disease even with the presentation of reality
and encouragement of the student nurse.

5. After 5 days, the client's condition particularly, his emotional response progress from reduced into an
improve facial expression. This was through the continuous provision of therapeutic communication of
the client and student-nurse.
