List three (3) problems you have encountered in the community, daily living, or in your field of
specialization. Explain the gaps and provide solutions. Out from the solutions, formulate two (2)
titles.

PROBLEM 1: Being the District Kindergarten Coordinator, I observed that most of kindergarten
teachers in the district don’t have enough instructional materials, files and other manipulative inside
their classroom. Most of them also were damaged by TD Odette so I find it so necessary to do
importance measures to cope this existing problem of my co-teacher.

Exiting solution: Enhancement Trainings

Gaps (exiting solution) : Hectic schedules, Time constraint, Financial matters

SOLUTIONS: Conduct Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session


Attend enhancement trainings on the development of instructional materials

PROBLEM 2: Due to the pandemic that strikes the whole world, our educational system had been
affected thus, resulting to the implementation of modular distance learning where readiness profile of
our kindergarten learners are now at stake now that they are about to move forward to the next grade
level.

SOLUTIONS: Conduct enrichment activities using Eight Week Curriculum

TITLE 1: Readiness Profile of Kindergarten Learners in the New Normal Situation: Basis for
Remedial Measures

TITLE 2: Implementation of Modular Approach and its Effects to the Readiness Profile of
Kindergarten Learners in the New Normal Situation
PROBLEM 3: In the new normal situation teachers were not able to attend trainings due to the strict
implementation of no mass gathering, hence, they need new different programs that will suit in
handling the learners under this new set up to cope the learning gaps which is our main challenge to
cope this time.

SOLUTIONS: Conduct of new trainings and programs
