CYBERBULLYING

Cyberbullying is a worldwide problem that is growing fast. But what is


cyberbullying? It is like bullying but happens on the internet or on your mobile
gadgets.Attackers use facebooks, Twitter, Instagram,and other online platforms.
According to Natasha Goulbourn Foundation crisis center, cyberbullying is one of the
causes of depression that was experienced by their callers in their hotline.Clinical
Psychologist believed that cyberbullying can have greater impact to someone than face
to face bullying.Why? Because attackers can easily hide themselves.Also other people
online can see what is happening.And whatever someone's posted online,even it was
deleted a copy remains.

How would you know someone is being bullied online? There are Ten forms of
cyberbullying. One, exclusion, this happens when someone was excluded in online
activities like conversations and social media texts.Two, harassment, when someone
sends abusive or threatening messages.Three, Outing, it is an act of humiliating a
person through posting of a private embarrassing information or
videos.For,cyberstalking, is the most dangerous were attackers harass the victim
through online communication like email.Five,Fraping, this is when someone logs to
someone's social medias account and impersonate them posting not so good content
in their victims name. Six, Fake Profile, they hide their identity with the intention to do
abusive act.Seven, Dissing sending or posting cruel information online to damage one's
reputation.Eight, Trickery, getting someone's trust. Nine, Trolling, it is to provoke
someone to respond to an online insult.Ten, Catfishing, is stalking someone's identity for
deceptive purposes,these acts make someone depressed,feel hate and have a low self
esteem.Parents play an important role to detect when their child is being cyberbullied.

When it happens don't be afraid to talk about it there are ways to get out of it,try
blocking and unfriending, You can have a short break bon social media.There are other
interesting to do.Yourself" is more important than anything else.Your not alone.You can
also help others to cope up. Don't be a bystander.Be an upstander.
