The "Aero India 2023" will be attended by a large number of VVIP's, VIP's and
Foreign dignitaries. Lakh's of general public are also likely to witness this Show. In
interest of smooth movement of emergency service vehicles and vehicles travelling
towards International airport measures like prohibition of heavy vehicles movement and
one way system, vehicle diversion have been temporarily implemented on the following
roads from 6-00 AM to 8-00 PM on programs days from 13th to 17th Feb, 2023.
The other private vehicles without passes can park their vehicles either in GKVK campus parking
lot or Jakkur and avail BMTC bus facility to reach the place of event.
Prohibition of Lorry, Truck, Private Buses and all types of Heavy and Medium Goods
Vehicles and tractors
1. Lorry, Truck, Private Buses and All types of Heavy and Medium goods Vehicle and
Tractor movement is prohibited on Bangalore - Ballery road, from Mekhri Circle to
MVIT Gate and MVIT Gate to Mekhri Circle both side of each road (Except BMTC,
KSRTC Buses travelling from Devanahalli side towards Mekhri Circle) .
2. Lorry, Truck, Private Buses and All types of Heavy and Medium goods Vehicle and
Tractor movement prohibited In from Goraguntepalya to Hennuru both side of each
road (Except BMTC, KSRTC Buses) .
3. Lorry, Truck, Private Buses and All types of Heavy and Medium goods Vehicle and
Tractor movement prohibited In from Via Nagavara Junction to Thanisandra main
road Bagaluru main road to Reva College Junction (Except BMTC, KSRTC Buses) .
4. Lorry, Truck, Private Buses and All types of Heavy and Medium goods Vehicle and
Tractor movement prohibited In from Bangalore-Tumkur Road Goraguntepalya,
Hesarugatta and Chikkabanava towards City (Except BMTC, KSRTC Buses).
Alternative Routes for Prohibited Vehicles (all types of Heavy / Medium goods
vehicles and Lorry, Trucks and tractors)
1. Vehicle coming from Hyderabad and Chikkaballapura Side, all types of Heavy goods
vehicles and Lorry, Truck, Private Vehicles shall take a diversion from Doddaballapura
cross (near Devanahalli) and move towards NH-4 Tumkur-Pune Road.
2. Arrangements have been made to travel from Devanahalli, Doddaballapura and
Dabaspet and Nelamangala and reach NH to go towards Bangalore City.
3. Vehicles coming from Hyderabad Chikkaballapur side to go towards KR Puram,
Hosur, Chennai and Bangalore will be allowed to travel through Sulibele, Hosakote
from Devanahalli.
4. Vehicles coming from Tumkur road Goraguntepalya side Shall take diversion at CMTI
junction to go towards ring road and reach Nice road (Kanakapura Road).
5. Vehicles coming from Thotagere Basanna temple shall move towards Hosakote via
Doaddaballapura-Devanahalli and vehicles coming from Nelamangala can move via
Sondekoppa and reach Nice road
6. Vehicles coming from Chikkabanavara towards city shall take U-turn move towards
Thotagere Basanna temple to reach Hosakote via Doaddaballapura-Devanahalli and
vehicles from Nelamangala can also reached nice road via Sondekoppa.
1. On both side of the road from Nagenahalli gate to the Ambiance Dhabha cross
connecting to Bangalore-Bellary road.
2. On both side of the road from Mekhri cicle to Devanahalli of Bangalore-Bellary
Road.
3. On both side of the ring road from Goraguntepalya to Hennuru junction.
4. On both side of the road from Reva college junction to Bagalur Cross on Bagalur
main road.
5. On both side of the road from Nagavara Junction to Bagaluru Junction via
Thanisandra main road.
