[CIRCULAR NO.10 All SSE/Signal Chennai Division Sub: Closing of gaps in TLD Boxes - reg It is observed in the recent past failure, the positive wire was cut partially by the rat bite in the track feed end TLD box resulting in track circuit failure. It got further prolonged due to TLD being vegetation covered and hidden by sand hump. Hence, it is advised that the position of all TLD Boxes must be understood by SSE/JE/ESM's.
