MAY 2018 Summer Intern at Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, TVPM
Study of various Sections in KSRTC Workshop.
Undergone 7 days Industrial Training at KSRTC. The purpose of training was to have
the exposure in automobile section of Mechanical Engineering. There are 6 sections
in central works which are Electrical, Tyre, Gear Box, FIS, EOH, Unit. The Knowledge
acquired from the training is more valuble than theory.

MAY 2019 Summer Intern at Sea Blue Shipyard, Ernakulam

Study of various types and functions of parts in Ship.
Undergone 7 days Industrial Training at Sea Blue Shipyard Ltd. Ship repairing and Ship
buliding are the main works of this Shipyard. SBSL has Six licensed slipways. One is a
mechanical slipway having 4 track rails, capable of hauling up vessels up to 800 Tons.
In the other slipways we are hauling up vessels by conventional method using Air bags
and Steel Rollers.
Projects
MAY 2020-21 B.tech Project in Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre,Thiruvananthapuram
Stress Analysis of Composite Material.
In this Project,it is mainly study of composite materials and simulation in Ansys and
validating with it with Analytical Method.This results in the optimization of pressure
vessel component thickness and hence reduces the overall weight.

MAY 2019 Development of CNC Router, Kollam

Mini Project
In this Project,we designed a CNC router which is fully functional Desktop mode. It
includes 6KW CNC Router spindle, Single Phase stepper Motor driver and a desktop
which having less specification. Our project will accept all the IGES files which are
converted from Solidworks.These files then converted into G code by using SolidCAM.

June 2018 Volunteer at Insta Power, Kerala

Insta Power Bank- Collaborated with Inspire NGO to develop an emergency power bank
”Insta Power’, to help trapped people recharge their mobile phones to call for help during
Kerala Floods 2018.
